Cool Summer Salad

Prepare cornbread according to package directions; cool and crumble. Set aside.

6 Ingredients: Diced turkey, bell pepper, tomato, green onion, cheese, and favorite dressing


Layer crumbled cornbread, shredded lettuce, and next 6 ingredients evenly into 6 (3- to 4-cup) glass containers; spoon half of dressing mixture evenly over tops. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours. Sprinkle with green onions just before serving. Serve with remaining half of dressing mixture on the side.
To make 1 large salad: Layer half each of crumbled cornbread, shredded lettuce, and next 6 ingredients in a large glass bowl; spoon half of dressing mixture evenly over top. Repeat layers ending with dressing mixture. Cover and chill at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. Sprinkle top with green onions just before serving. Prep: 45 min., Chill: 8 hrs.






Party Sandwiches


1 lb sliced ham
1 package of sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup mayo
½ cup mustard
chopped onions
poppy seed
2 loaves French bread
Butter

Slice French bread in half. Mix mayo, mustard, onions, and poppy seed. Spread on halves of bread. Layer ham and Swiss cheese. Rub butter on top of bread and bake for 15 - 20 min at 350 degrees.



Sopapilla CheeseCake

2 pkg cresant rolls
3 pkgs. cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter

Blend
3 pkgs. cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt
1 stick butter

Topping
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Layer
1 pkg cresant rolls (unroll)
cheese and sugar mix
1 pkg cresant rolls (unroll)
melted butter
topping

Bake 30 min at 350
