Spring Time is finally here. I am busy planting, pruning, and planning the new decorating design I will use for our back yard, our paradise. I will be posting pictures soon of what we have been working on since last September when Hurricane Ike decided to show up. It will be before and after pictures and you will be amazed.

Sopophila Cheesecake
2 pkg cresant rolls
3 pkgs. cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter

Blend
3 pkgs. cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt
1 stick butter

Topping
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Layer
1 pkg cresant rolls (unroll)
cheese and sugar mix
1 pkg cresant rolls (unroll)
melted butter
topping

Bake 30 min at 350
